  • For customers who would like a receipt that lists the amount of Japanese consumption tax and to whom any of the following apply, please make an application using the Receipt Application Form
    • Customers using the paid lounge services at Narita Airport and Haneda International Airport
    • Customers purchasing an international flight ticket that includes a domestic Japanese flight segment
    • Customers making a purchase on the non-Japanese ANA website using foreign currency

  • The receipt can also be accessed from the "Reservation Details" screen up to the time of boarding for the last sector contained within the itinerary. To do so, select [Search Reservation] to go to the "Reservation Details" screen, and then select "Receipt" in the bottom half of the screen under the heading Reservation Menu.
  • Only EMDs for paid services are available via the EMD search function. Receipts for handling fees are not available via this function, and so customers who wish to issue one should do so from the receipt application formThe page will open in a different window.
